Coastal Taranaki whānau.

 

What you can expect

Whānau can access many Tui Ora programmes and services, plus a range of other helpful support, via this community hub. Tui Ora services available include:

  • Navigation services: Emergency Housing Navigator, finding a GP etc
  • Advocacy services: Including our Tāngata Whaikaha , Māori Disability Support Service
  • Parenting and whānau support; including breastfeeding support, mental wellness support and Tamariki Ora / Well Child servicers
  • Service to support taiohi wellness
  • Hauora services: Overcoming Addiction, Rōngoa, mental health support
  • Community Nursing support

Heartlands Hub is a MSD initiative supported by Tui Ora.

Ōpunakē Heartlands Hub can also support Coastal whānau with:

  • Printing, scanning, use of computers
  • General information
  • Accessing and completing government forms
  • Referrals to government departments and community organisations
  • Food parcels
  • Room hire
