Virginia (V) Laughton joined as Ringa Āwhina Pou Tū Kūrae, Executive Assistant to the CE, in July 2023.
V works alongside our CE, executive leadership team, and Tui Ora Board, supporting them to undertake their roles effectively and efficiently.
Before coming to Tui Ora V held management and specialist roles within the investment management, banking and retail sectors in both the North and South islands. She has spent several years in people leadership and learning and development roles. V enjoys helping others to achieve their goals, and is a Certified Practitioner of HBDI® and Whole Brain® Thinking.
V moved to Taranaki four years ago and her interests include being active in the outdoors, continuous learning, home renovation and spending time with her family, including their two pets.
