Warwick is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and has extensive governance experience in the primary sector, property and infrastructure, renewable energy, new technologies, logistics and supply chain, functional food, tourism and hospitality sectors.
He is the current Chair of Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation and Hop Revolution, and sits on the boards of Centreport Ltd, Tainui Group Holdings, Riverlock Group Holdings, Venture Taranaki and Beef+Lamb NZ. His previous board roles included being the Chair of Ngamotu Hotels Ltd, and Director of Muka Tangata Workforce Development Council, Ngāi Tahu Farming, Ngai Tahu Seafood, Port Nicholson Fisheries, Hamilton Riverview Hotels Ltd and a member of the Fonterra’s Co-Operative Relations Committee.
Warwick is a qualified quantity surveyor, has an MBA from the University of Wollongong (Finance & Marketing), BCA (Accounting & Commercial Law) from Victoria University and is presently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness at Massey University. He spent more than a decade living and working in the Middle East.
Warwick is of Ngāi Tahu – Ngāti Wheke; Ngāti Hikairo – Waipapa descent.
