Many different things impact our whānau hauora – positively and negatively. Our navigation service supports whānau to overcoming challenges and achieve aspirations.

Our navigators can:

• kōrero with you to understand your situation and what outcome your whānau want to achieve.
• find the people and organisations who can support you to make it happen.
• Help you navigate your way around government agencies and community groups across many different spaces including housing, education, social development, finances and employment.
• Walk beside you or advocate on your behalf
