Who can use this service?

Taranaki whānau experiencing severe mental distress including:

  • Whānau with a mental health diagnosis
  • Whānau experiencing their first symptoms of mental unwellness including psychosis or other extreme mental distress
  • Whānau with co-existing addictions or other challenges

What you can expect

Our multidisciplinary teams awhi tāngata whaiora (people seeking health) with clinical care and hauora support including:

  • Clinical assessment and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning and clinical care
  • Tira Motuhake/Living Independently programme
  • Physical Outcomes Support (P-Hop)
  • Advocacy and Peer Support (CAPS)
  • An activity -based Day programme

This is a free service

for Taranaki whānau.
