for whānau living in North Taranaki (Ngāmotu, Waitara, Mōkau and Inglewood) and Coastal Taranaki.
There is priority for Māori and high needs clients who face barriers to receiving adequate care.
At all Tui Ora locations by appointment, home visits are also available.
