Robin is a retired partner of chartered accountants Staples Rodway Taranaki Limited. During his 31 years as a Staples he provided guidance and a variety of services to local business and the wider Taranaki community.
Robin’s community interests have spanned a variety of community-based organisations including education, health and welfare, and the visual and performing arts. He holds a number of governance roles inside and outside Taranaki, is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Accountants Institute of Australia and New Zealand.
During his career Robin has worked with a variety of Māori organisations including whānau trusts, iwi incorporations and those providing health services to the community. In 2016 Robin was awarded a Queen’s Service Medal for his services to the community.
